"Beginner" Entry Class
In order to encourage contest participation, we are establishing a Beginner entry class. Please use the Novice box if your entry form does not have Beginner.

We have set the following rules for entry -

1. no previous contest entry in WIQP, other than in this category
2. can only enter this category twice
3. two entries need to be consecutive
4. any age group or if a group, any ages
5. entries can be single op or multi op
6. award will consist of a certificate to each entry
