The lists are sorted on the Total Q's column from smallest to largest, so the counties with least activity are at the top.
	Except for the last column, all counts are the transmitted counts from all logs submitted. The last column is the received QSO count from each county. The difference reflects the fact that many stations do not submit logs. If everyone submitted a log, the transmitted counts and received counts would be equal.
